A Day in New York

New York is the place where we have been taking many images in our mind. Guadalupe got the idea for this painting when sitting by the riverside in Rochester.

He says, "I saw the river full of rubbish, such as wood, condoms, bottles, tyres, plastic bags and even old doors and windows, everywhere. My main consideration is that this way of living is the same as if we were in a big, popular city such as New York. With the busy movements, this was like a New York on the riverside."

"I believe that all the colourful discoveries belong to nature, even those in big cities. Everything is travelling around us, and there is no time to stop it now."
