Sea Cat

This is a baby sea cat, which seems very happy with its frog body, coloured in green. It also has a big eye, with a comb on its brow, making this cat a very unusual one because of its features.

In this painting, Guadalupe is trying to adapt together different parts of domestic and marine animals. He remarks: "I wonder what it would be like in real life to be living under water, keeping my house. This idea comes from the river I used to go to when I was a child."
